1. Most products here are used
AvadaBD is a marketplace where vendors sell used and refurbished laptops, mobile phones and other devices, as well as some new ones. A used device is not new. It can show signs of earlier use, such as light scratches, small marks and wear on the keys or edges, and its battery has aged. That is normal and is not a defect, if the vendor disclosed it.
Each listing shows the vendor's description of the condition, the photos, and the warranty. Please read them before you order.
2. What the vendor must disclose
A vendor must state in the listing, truthfully:
whether the product is new, used, or refurbished;
its condition and any visible marks, dents or scratches, with real photos of the actual unit;
any replaced parts, and whether they are original;
the battery health for laptops and phones, where it can be measured;
any known fault or missing accessory;
the warranty period (see the Warranty Policy);
for phones, that the IMEI is registered and not blocked by the BTRC, and that the phone is not locked to an account.
A vendor must not sell stolen, counterfeit, or blocked devices, or one carrying illegal software. A product that does not match its listing can be reported under the Return & Refund Policy.
3. What you should check when it arrives
Check these when you unbox the product, while recording your video:
Laptops: it powers on and boots; the screen has no dead pixels, lines or flicker; keyboard, touchpad, webcam, speakers, microphone, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB ports work; the charger works; the battery charges; the serial number matches the listing; and there are no locks (BIOS, Windows or Apple ID) that block you.
Phones: it powers on; the display and touch work; the cameras, speakers, microphone, buttons and charging port work; it takes a SIM and connects; the IMEI printed on it and shown by dialling *#06# match the listing and the box; and there is no Google, Apple ID or MDM lock.
If something does not match the listing or does not work, follow the 72-hour rules in the Return & Refund Policy.
4. What is not a defect
Marks, wear and ageing that the listing shows or describes.
Battery wear that matches the health stated in the listing.
Reasons that are not faults: the product is not what you expected, you have changed your mind, or you have found a better price.
5. Your data and locks
Before you use the device, sign out of any account that is not yours and set your own passwords. The vendor must remove their own data and accounts from the device before selling it. If you find data that is not yours, tell us and do not use it or share it.
6. Warranty and returns
A used device has the warranty period on the listing, 15 to 30 days, and covers only what the Warranty Policy says. Opening the device, tampering with stickers, or damaging it voids the warranty.
7. Our role
The vendor is the seller and describes the product. AvadaBD provides the marketplace, asks vendors to follow these rules, and reviews complaints. We do not inspect each product.

১. এখানকার বেশিরভাগ পণ্য ব্যবহৃত
AvadaBD একটি মার্কেটপ্লেস, যেখানে ভেন্ডররা ব্যবহৃত ও রিফারবিশড ল্যাপটপ, মোবাইল ফোন ও অন্যান্য ডিভাইস, এবং কিছু নতুন পণ্যও বিক্রি করেন। ব্যবহৃত ডিভাইস নতুন নয়। এতে আগের ব্যবহারের চিহ্ন থাকতে পারে, যেমন হালকা আঁচড়, ছোট দাগ, কী বা প্রান্তে ক্ষয়, এবং ব্যাটারি পুরোনো হয়ে যাওয়া। ভেন্ডর তা জানালে এটি স্বাভাবিক এবং ত্রুটি নয়।
প্রতিটি লিস্টিংয়ে অবস্থার বিবরণ, ছবি ও ওয়ারেন্টি ভেন্ডর দেখান। অর্ডারের আগে দয়া করে সেগুলো পড়ুন।
২. ভেন্ডরকে যা জানাতে হবে
ভেন্ডরকে লিস্টিংয়ে সত্যভাবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে:
পণ্যটি নতুন, ব্যবহৃত, নাকি রিফারবিশড;
এর অবস্থা এবং দৃশ্যমান দাগ, টোল বা আঁচড়, সেই ইউনিটের আসল ছবিসহ;
কোনো বদলানো যন্ত্রাংশ, এবং তা আসল কি না;
ল্যাপটপ ও ফোনের ক্ষেত্রে মাপা গেলে ব্যাটারি হেলথ;
কোনো জানা ত্রুটি বা অনুপস্থিত অ্যাকসেসরি;
ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ (ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি দেখুন);
ফোনের ক্ষেত্রে, IMEI BTRC-তে নিবন্ধিত ও ব্লক করা নয়, এবং ফোনটি কোনো অ্যাকাউন্টে লক করা নয়।
ভেন্ডর চোরাই, নকল, ব্লক করা বা অবৈধ সফটওয়্যারযুক্ত ডিভাইস বিক্রি করতে পারবেন না। লিস্টিংয়ের সঙ্গে না মেলা পণ্য ফেরত ও রিফান্ড নীতি অনুযায়ী জানানো যায়।
৩. পৌঁছানোর পর কী পরীক্ষা করবেন
ভিডিও রেকর্ড করার সময় পণ্য আনবক্স করেই এগুলো পরীক্ষা করুন:
ল্যাপটপ: পাওয়ার অন হয় ও বুট করে; স্ক্রিনে ডেড পিক্সেল, দাগ বা ঝিকিমিকি নেই; কিবোর্ড, টাচপ্যাড, ওয়েবক্যাম, স্পিকার, মাইক্রোফোন, ওয়াই-ফাই, ব্লুটুথ ও USB পোর্ট কাজ করে; চার্জার কাজ করে; ব্যাটারি চার্জ হয়; সিরিয়াল নম্বর লিস্টিংয়ের সঙ্গে মেলে; এবং আপনাকে আটকে দেয় এমন কোনো লক (BIOS, Windows বা Apple ID) নেই।
ফোন: পাওয়ার অন হয়; ডিসপ্লে ও টাচ কাজ করে; ক্যামেরা, স্পিকার, মাইক্রোফোন, বাটন ও চার্জিং পোর্ট কাজ করে; সিম নেয় ও নেটওয়ার্কে সংযুক্ত হয়; গায়ে ছাপা IMEI এবং *#06# ডায়াল করে দেখা IMEI লিস্টিং ও বক্সের সঙ্গে মেলে; এবং Google, Apple ID বা MDM লক নেই।
কিছু লিস্টিংয়ের সঙ্গে না মিললে বা কাজ না করলে ফেরত ও রিফান্ড নীতির ৭২ ঘণ্টার নিয়ম অনুসরণ করুন।
৪. যা ত্রুটি নয়
লিস্টিংয়ে দেখানো বা বর্ণিত দাগ, ক্ষয় ও পুরোনো হওয়ার চিহ্ন।
লিস্টিংয়ে উল্লিখিত হেলথের সঙ্গে মিলে যাওয়া ব্যাটারি ক্ষয়।
ত্রুটি নয় এমন কারণ: পণ্যটি আপনার প্রত্যাশামতো নয়, আপনি মত বদলেছেন, বা আরও ভালো দাম পেয়েছেন।
৫. আপনার ডেটা ও লক
ডিভাইস ব্যবহারের আগে আপনার নয় এমন যেকোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে সাইন আউট করুন এবং নিজের পাসওয়ার্ড দিন। বিক্রির আগে ভেন্ডরকে ডিভাইস থেকে নিজের ডেটা ও অ্যাকাউন্ট সরাতে হবে। আপনার নয় এমন ডেটা পেলে আমাদের জানান এবং তা ব্যবহার বা শেয়ার করবেন না।
৬. ওয়ারেন্টি ও ফেরত
ব্যবহৃত ডিভাইসে লিস্টিংয়ে দেখানো ১৫ থেকে ৩০ দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে, এবং তা কেবল ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি-তে যা বলা আছে তা কভার করে। ডিভাইস খোলা, স্টিকারে কারসাজি বা ক্ষতি করলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হয়।
৭. আমাদের ভূমিকা
ভেন্ডর বিক্রেতা এবং তিনিই পণ্যের বর্ণনা দেন। AvadaBD মার্কেটপ্লেস দেয়, ভেন্ডরদের এই নিয়ম মানতে বলে এবং অভিযোগ পর্যালোচনা করে। আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্য পরিদর্শন করি না।
