1. Who we are

AvadaBD is operated by [AvadaBD], Naogaon, Dhaka (trade licence [6412877210010]). We are the data controller for the information described here. Privacy questions: [email protected]

2. What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password (we keep only a secure hash of your password).
Order information: delivery address, the products you order, payment status, and messages about your order.
Payment information: payments go through bKash, Nagad or EPS. We never see or store your PIN, OTP or card number. We keep the transaction reference and status.
Vendor information: for vendors, business details, national ID or trade licence, and bank or mobile-wallet details for payouts.
Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and the actions you take on the site.
Communications: what you send our support, and your reviews.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To deliver your order and run your account — needed to perform our contract with you.
To process payments and prevent fraud — needed for the contract and our legitimate interest in security.
To send order and account emails and SMS — needed for the contract. Marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.
To improve the site and measure advertising, using analytics and advertising tools — as described in our Cookie Policy.
To keep records the law requires (accounting, tax, consumer complaints).
To handle complaints and disputes.

4. Who we share it with

The vendor who sells the product you order receives your name, phone number, delivery address and order details, so they can deliver and give warranty service. Vendors must use this only for your order, and they are bound by our Vendor Agreement.
Couriers receive what they need to deliver.
Payment providers (bKash, Nagad, EPS) process your payment.
Service providers that work for us: hosting, email delivery (Brevo), Cloudflare (security and delivery), and analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Meta). They may only use data to provide their service.
Authorities, where the law or a court requires it.
A buyer of the business, if AvadaBD is sold, under the same protections.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers are outside Bangladesh, so your data may be processed abroad. We use providers that protect it appropriately.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. We keep order, payment and complaint records for 6 years because the law requires records of online transactions. After that we delete or anonymise them. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, but we keep what the law requires us to keep.

6. How we protect it

Passwords are stored as hashes. Connections use HTTPS. Access to data is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Children

AvadaBD is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian, who must give consent. If we learn we hold a child's data without that consent, we delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

see the personal data we hold about you;
correct it if it is wrong;
delete it, except where we must keep it by law;
stop marketing messages, and withdraw consent you gave;
object to certain uses, and complain to us or to the authority.

Write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can delete your account from your account settings.

পেমেন্টের তথ্য: পেমেন্ট বিকাশ, নগদ বা EPS-এর মাধ্যমে হয়। আমরা আপনার পিন, OTP বা কার্ড নম্বর দেখি না বা সংরক্ষণ করি না। আমরা লেনদেনের রেফারেন্স ও অবস্থা রাখি।
ভেন্ডরের তথ্য: ভেন্ডরদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবসার বিবরণ, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা ট্রেড লাইসেন্স, এবং পেআউটের জন্য ব্যাংক বা মোবাইল-ওয়ালেটের তথ্য।
কারিগরি তথ্য: IP ঠিকানা, ডিভাইস ও ব্রাউজারের ধরন, দেখা পেজ এবং সাইটে আপনার কার্যক্রম।
যোগাযোগ: সাপোর্টে আপনার পাঠানো বার্তা এবং আপনার রিভিউ।

৩. কেন ব্যবহার করি এবং আইনি ভিত্তি

আপনার অর্ডার ডেলিভারি ও অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনা — আপনার সঙ্গে আমাদের চুক্তি পালনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়।
পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া ও প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ — চুক্তি ও নিরাপত্তায় আমাদের বৈধ স্বার্থের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়।
অর্ডার ও অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল এবং SMS পাঠানো — চুক্তির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়। মার্কেটিং বার্তা কেবল আপনার সম্মতিতে, এবং আপনি যেকোনো সময় তা বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
সাইটের উন্নয়ন ও বিজ্ঞাপনের পরিমাপ, অ্যানালিটিক্স ও বিজ্ঞাপন টুল দিয়ে — কুকি নীতি-তে বর্ণিত পদ্ধতিতে।
আইনে যা রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক সেই রেকর্ড রাখা (হিসাব, কর, ভোক্তা অভিযোগ)।
অভিযোগ ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি।

৪. কাদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করি

ভেন্ডর: আপনি যে পণ্য অর্ডার করেন তার বিক্রেতা আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা ও অর্ডারের বিবরণ পান, যাতে ডেলিভারি ও ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা দিতে পারেন। ভেন্ডরদের তা কেবল আপনার অর্ডারের জন্য ব্যবহার করতে হবে, এবং তাঁরা আমাদের ভেন্ডর চুক্তিতে আবদ্ধ।
কুরিয়ার: ডেলিভারির জন্য যা প্রয়োজন তা পায়।
পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারী (বিকাশ, নগদ, EPS) আপনার পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া করে।
আমাদের সেবাদাতা: হোস্টিং, ইমেইল ডেলিভারি (Brevo), Cloudflare (নিরাপত্তা ও ডেলিভারি), এবং অ্যানালিটিক্স ও বিজ্ঞাপন টুল (Google Analytics, Meta)। তারা কেবল তাদের সেবা দিতে ডেটা ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
কর্তৃপক্ষ, আইন বা আদালত যেখানে চায়।
ব্যবসার ক্রেতা, AvadaBD বিক্রি হলে, একই সুরক্ষাসহ।

আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।

এর কিছু সেবাদাতা বাংলাদেশের বাইরে, তাই আপনার ডেটা বিদেশে প্রক্রিয়া হতে পারে। আমরা যথাযথভাবে ডেটা সুরক্ষা করে এমন সেবাদাতা ব্যবহার করি।

৫. কতদিন রাখি

আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত আমরা অ্যাকাউন্টের ডেটা রাখি। অনলাইন লেনদেনের রেকর্ড আইনে বাধ্যতামূলক হওয়ায় অর্ডার, পেমেন্ট ও অভিযোগের রেকর্ড ৬ বছর রাখি। তারপর মুছে ফেলি বা পরিচয়হীন করি। আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলে আমরা আপনার প্রোফাইল সরিয়ে ফেলি, তবে আইনে যা রাখতে বাধ্য তা রাখি।

৬. কীভাবে সুরক্ষা করি

পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়। সংযোগে HTTPS ব্যবহার হয়। ডেটায় প্রবেশাধিকার কেবল যাদের প্রয়োজন তাদের মধ্যে সীমিত। কোনো সিস্টেমই সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ নয়; কোনো লঙ্ঘন আপনাকে প্রভাবিত করলে আইন অনুযায়ী আমরা আপনাকে ও কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাব।

৭. শিশু

AvadaBD ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সীদের জন্য। আপনার বয়স ১৮-র কম হলে কেবল পিতামাতা বা অভিভাবকের সঙ্গে ব্যবহার করুন, যাঁকে সম্মতি দিতে হবে। সেই সম্মতি ছাড়া কোনো শিশুর ডেটা আমাদের কাছে আছে জানলে আমরা তা মুছে ফেলি।

৮. আপনার অধিকার

আপনি আমাদের কাছে চাইতে পারেন:

আপনার সম্পর্কে আমাদের কাছে থাকা ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা দেখতে;
ভুল হলে তা সংশোধন করতে;
আইনে রাখতে বাধ্য না হলে তা মুছে ফেলতে;
মার্কেটিং বার্তা বন্ধ করতে এবং আপনার দেওয়া সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার করতে;
কিছু ব্যবহারে আপত্তি জানাতে, এবং আমাদের বা কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে অভিযোগ করতে।

৯. সম্মতি

অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে আপনি এই নীতি এবং আমাদের শর্তাবলী-তে সম্মত হন। অ্যানালিটিক্স ও বিজ্ঞাপন কুকি আমাদের কুকি নোটিশে ব্যাখ্যা করা আছে।
